Current Waitlist
The current wait to own a Razo Guitar is two years. Though I try to stay on schedule and adhere to estimated delivery dates, there are the occassional delays that may delay the start/completion of a build. In which case I will do my best to keep you updated on such changes.
Sometimes build slots may open up in which case you may be given the opportunity to move up on the waitlist, though this does not happen often. Occasionally there will also be a spec guitar available either directly through me or through one of my authorized dealers, contact me for more information!
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total build price secures a place on the wait list and locks in your order at the current prices. Upon completion of the guitar final payment is due prior to the shipment of the instrument. Payment can be sent via check, wire-transfer, or paypal. Should paypal be the payment method of choice, then the customer is to cover any fees associated with the transaction. In instances where there are custom inlays or highly exotic woods, a higher deposit may be required.
Refund Policy
For commissioned instruments, I offer a 3 day grace period to "test drive" the guitar and make sure it meets your expectations. Should the guitar not meet your expectations, you can contact me asap to arrange for a return. I strongly recommend fully insuring the guitar on its return journey. Provided the instrument is returned to me in its original condition, a refund minus the shipping costs and deposit will be issued once the guitar has re-sold. The refund policy does not apply to guitars that are customized in such a way that would exclude most potential buyers; however, I will notify you before the build process begins if such restrictions will apply to your guitar.
